1. The service
Games Assemble connects your Steam, Epic and GOG accounts, unifies your games into a single library, and enriches them with art, genres, descriptions and critic scores.
2. Account
You sign in via a link sent to your email. You're responsible for keeping control of your inbox. You must be of legal age or have authorization to use the service.
3. Store connections (important)
The connection with Steam uses its official API. Connections with Epic and GOG use unofficial flows (the same ones used by clients like Heroic/Legendary): we act at your request and with your own credentials, which you enter on the provider's own official pages — we never see or store your password. These unofficial connections may stop working without notice if the provider changes its systems. You use them at your own risk.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or overload the infrastructure.
5. Intellectual property and attributions
Trademarks, logos and game art belong to their respective owners and are used nominatively to identify your games. Some data comes from RAWG.
6. Warranties and liability
The service is provided «as is», with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or accuracy of third-party metadata. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from use of, or unavailability of, the service.
7. Donations and future subscriptions
Games Assemble is free. You can voluntarily support the project with a donation via Ko-fi — it's a free gesture with no strings attached: it doesn't unlock features, doesn't create an account or a contractual relationship with us, and the transaction itself is governed by Ko-fi's terms and whichever payment gateway you choose. If paid features are introduced within the app in the future, they'll be described at the time you sign up for them, with their price, term and cancellation conditions.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; we'll notify you of material changes. They're governed by Spanish law, except for mandatory consumer-protection rules that state otherwise.
